A young man, Arif Pamirzad, explains us how traditional strong women's position and education are under threat as a consequence of the recent fall of the district. He calls the Taliban rulers to adopt a responsible policy in order to protect the next generation and the future of his people.

Il s’agit d’un témoignage local venant d’une région ignorée par les médias internationaux. Dans le nord-est de l’Afghanistan, Shugnan a une population et des valeurs similaires à celles du Pamir tadjik frontalier. Un jeune homme, Arif Pamirzad, nous explique à quel point la position et l’éducation traditionnelles des femmes sont menacées par la chute récente du district. Il appelle les dirigeants taliban à adopter une politique responsable afin de protéger la prochaine génération et l’avenir de son peuple.
